Oultlook plugin and licenses

Hi all,

I would like to know what are the licenses I need to sell a plugin I have
developed for outlook.
It is developed with visual studio express c# which is free and from what I
understood we can sell anything we program from it.
But since it's a plugin for office outlook 2007, does a simple student
license allow me to sell the plugin ? Maybe a professional one ? or maybe
none at all ?
Actually some dll references used for it come from the installation of
office (.net programmability support).
And what about the free distribution of the plugin, and to sell only the
source code?
A professional license of office 2007 will cost me more than the money I
could make from selling it
