Oultook 2003 notes

hello,

I need to find a way to password protect my notes in outlook 2003. I also
use the smartphone so I need the ability to access those outlook notes from
my smartphone. Any third party utility recommendation is much appreciated if
Outlook itself can't support this functionality.

I don't think Notrs in Outlook can be password protected, you can password
your entire PST file.

To Sync notes from Outlook to a SmartPhone try "PhatNotes" or "SmartNotes".
