Our family would like to share calendar's via Outlook (cheaply)ev.

Our family has family members around the country and world. There aren't
many of us, but we are spread out.
We would like to use the calendar sharing feature as well as share our
family "contacts" between eachothers computers.
Please incorporate this feature in a "home/personal" setup which does not
require Exchange Server.
I'm sure we can find other free/cheaper programs to do this, but we are
already happy with Outlook 2003 and re-teaching our 70+ year old family
members would not be an option.
