out box emails stuck but sent

my email has definately been sent as I have rec'd a reply, but appears in the
Outbox as unsent - any assistance would be appreciated as I do not want to
continue to resend emails.

Did you get this fixed?
We have the same problem and no one seems to post the answer on the boards
here.
