I have posted this before a couple days ago and it seems to have been
overlooked or forgotten.
I have multiple login user accounts on one computer.
Outlook is working fine on all the accounts but one, mine.
When I try and load OL, it starts to load, the splash screen comes up, then
the main OL screen come up behind it.
The Short cut bar displays on the left.
Then it hangs up. Will not finish loading.
Stop responding. I have to use the Task Manager to end it.
I noticed today that in the upper left corner of the top bar the OL logo is
in the corner the there is a "-" then Microsoft Outlook.
Shouldn't there be the account name it is trying to access be between the OL
logo and the "-" Microsoft Outlook???
Is it not finding my account?? Is this causing the hang up??
If it is not finding the account how do I get this corrected??
The data seems to still be there because I loaded Thunderbird and it
transfered all the Contact to its files correctly.
What can you come up with??
