I am operating with Windows XP and when I create an email in Microsoft
Outlook 2000 and attempt to insert a file into that email, I get the
following error message:
Microsoft Outlook
Out of memory and system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again.
This error message began just a few weeks ago and to my knowledge I have not
made any significant changes that would cause this message. I am not working
in any other application when I get the error message but when I just checked
the Windows Task Master "processes" tab, I found 43 processes running which
may or may not be contributing to the problem. I have no idea which programs
or processes I can delete from this list or how to do it, or if I should do
it.
What are your recommendations on how to fix the "Out of memory" error?
