Out of Memory error

I have a large spreadsheet with multiple macros. When I exit Excel
and save the spreadsheet everything works fine. However, if I don't
save the spreadsheet I get an Out of Memory error. This is occuring
in both Excel 2000 and 2002 under Windows XP.

Any suggestions as to what is causing this?
