Out of Memory Error

I have a large spreadsheet that when I exit and save the spreadsheet
everything works fine. However, if I exit and don't save the
spreadsheet I get an Out of Memory error. This is occurring in both
Excel 2000 and 2002 under Windows XP.

Any suggestions as to what is going wrong?
