out of memory inserting clip art

When I attempt to insert a clipart in Word, I get an out
of memory error. This is discussed in Knowledge Base
820070 (running Word 2002 on a Windows 2000 terminal
server without admin rights). The article says that the
cure is to apply the latest mdac (2.7 sp1) version after
SP4 which I have done. I am still getting the error. Any
ideas?
