Out of Memory or System Resources ~ When 1 of Many PST files

Greetings,

I coworker recently got a new computer. The old computer had windows 2000
and office xp. He had many personal folders (pst), around 160! He could
access them all and write to them with no problem. He got a new computer with
windows xp pro, and office 2003 sp1. A tech created a script to add all of
the pst files to his profile, and it took him several go around to get it to
work... however when my coworker tried to access some of the folders he got
the error, "out of memory or system resources". He tried to remove and add
the pst file, but that did not work. I had him create a new profile, and
start from scratch, adding the pst files one by one manually. That worked
until he got to the S's, around 120 or so. Then he got the same error
message. Before reaching the error, he was able to access and write to the
PST folders on the new machine. Is there some sort of limit to the number of
PST folders that can be attached to a profile in 2003, which did not seem to
be present in outlook 2002? What can we do to resolve this issue?
