I am running Access 2000 on a Windows 98SE system. I have
a huge report and print it in blocks of 1000 pages at a
time. The system has 768MB RAM, and 180GB disk space with
110GB free. The problem I have is that after about 3 or
four blocks that print, I get an error saying Not enough
memory to update display close one or more programs to
continue. Access is the only program running. I try to
exit Access and and re open it. After doing that, I can't
even preview the report. As soon as I click the preview
button, I get the same error, and I wind up having to
reboot. What causes this? I thought there might be
something wrong with the PC or the Office installation,
but the same thing happens on several other PC's here
too.
