Out of office - a slight variation

Dear All,

I would like to set-up OOO to NOT send an email reply to any senders, but
to just process the rest of the rules as normal.

This is so I can just set it to "Out of the office" and have it forward
emails to colleagues, but not to send back emails to everyone.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Create a rule to autoforward and enable it when you need it.

Hello Brian, Thanks for your reply.

I don't have a problem in getting a rule to do the forwarding - that bit is
working fine - what I would like to do, is to have the out of office rules
working just as they do now, but for the system to NOT sent a reply to
anyyone - there does not seem to be an option to NOT send a reply message -
what do you think.

I'm not talking about an OOA rule. I'm talking about a Rules and Alerts
rule. I don't believe the OOA can avoid replying. That's its sole reason
for existence.
