Is there a way of setting up "Out of the Office Assistant" so that an auto
reply message is send every time to same sender rather than 1st time only?
Thank you.

You might be able to do it with the Rules Wizard instead of Out-of-Office
but I STRONGLY discourage it. You could set yourself up for a mail loop.

Imagine this -- somebody sends you a message. Your autoresponder replies.
They have an autoresponder which replies back to you. Your autoresponder
replies to their autoresponder which replies to yours which replies to
theirs which....

In very short order your mailbox (and/or theirs) will fill up with
autoresponses and you'll be dragging your server and bandwidth (and theirs)
to play this game of e-mail tennis.

Worst case scenario you actually fill up your server (if it's improperly
configured) and it crashes.

There's a good reason why they only respond once per day. :)

So to clarify - does out of office assistant only answer once during the time
it is on or does it answer once a day - no matter how long the out of office
is on?

Once during the duration that the out of office is on?

Also, looking for a way to set up a rule that it replies every time.
