Out of office assistant broken

I have a client who gets the following error when trying
to access her out of office assistant in Outlook 2002:

"The command is not available. See the program
documentation about how to use this extension."

This occured after she returned from an extended absense,
having left the out of office assistant on. I was able to
have her turn it off using Outlook Web Access, but now
when she wants to enable it, she cannot do so via Outlook.

While she was away, the office moved to a new location,
but nothing changed with the server or client
configurations other than connecting to the network via
new switches.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
G

You can try a new profile but I would make sure the Exchange extensions are
installed and not corrupt. You may want to rename extend.dat with Outlook
closed to eliminate the possibility of corrupt extensions.
