Out of Office Assistant bubble in Outlook 2007

Hi

I have seen a few posts in here regarding the Out of Office bubble that now
appears reminding you that you have your OOOA turned on, instead of the
dialog box. As noted, this is problematic as it is temporary, meaning it is
easy to accidently leave the OOOA turned on.

Has anybody yet found a way of getting the old pop-up box to re-appear, or
make the bubble more permanent.

Note: we are using Exchange 2003.
