Some of our users are under the mistaken belief that they can set up an Out
of Office reply for their boss when they are accessing their boss's Inbox
through delegate accesss (in other words, they are logged into their own
Outlook Inbox and "opening another user's folder" to access the boss's
Inbox). How do I tell them definitively and unequivocally that they cannot
set up the Out of Office for the other user unless they log in as that user?
I don't believe this is possible unless you are logged in to that person's
Inbox. Thanks.
