I would expect folks inside the office to get them, but folks outside the
office on the Internet to NOT get them. Exchange Servers are set by default
to NOT allow automatic replies, forwards, and Out of Offices messages to the
Internet; this is done to minimize the possibility of email loops which can
bring the entire server down in minutes. These settings can be changed by
your Exchange Server administrator.
