Dear Outlook Gurus,
We are using Outlook 2003 on a 2003 Exchange Server. One of our staff
member has reported that several times lately when she has tried to use the
Out of Office Assistant, she gets an error saying she is offline and unable
to connect to Exchange Server. However, when we respond to her the next day,
it is working fine.
Any ideas why this might be happening? (on the last occasion I was in the
office at the time when it occurred, and our Exchange Server was not down and
her Outlook was working). Could it be her profile playing up - is it worth
creating a new profile for her?
I would welcome your feedback.
Kind regards
