Out of Office Assistant Error

This error:
"Out of Office Assistant could not be displayed. A
required action was not successful due to an unspecified
error."
Occurs trying to access the Out of Office Assistant. it
works in OWA. I've deleted the outlook profile and
recreated a new one with a different name. The suggested
fixes on Technet with the utility does not resolve the
issue. Any other suggestions other than a full reload?

By reload I mean OS not Office. I've reloaded Office from
different discs and the same error stills occurs. I've
tried the registry edit of the resiliency key but it does
not exist.

Have you removed and reinstalled the Exchange Extensions?

I think it's a client side issue. the user can log in
elsewhere and use the assistant just fine. thanks.
