Out of Office Assistant is not being received. Any ideas why?

We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. We are migrating users from
GroupWise to Outlook. The Outlook users have set up their Out of Office
Assistant and the AutoReply is not received by any external email addresses.
The only users receiving OOA auto reply messages are those internal users
using Outlook.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is normal Exchange behavior. Your Exchange admins should be able to
change that. Google Groups is your friend.

However, keep in mind that if you enable the option, the OOA messages will
get returned to every SPAM message that comes along. You really don't want
that.
