Out of Office is only available when using Outlook with an Exchange Server.
By default, ALL Exchange Servers are set to prohibit automatic replies,
forwards, and Out of Office messages to the Internet, a security measure
designed to prevent email loops which can totally hose the server in
minutes. These settings can be over-ridden by the Exchange Administrator,
should he choose to take on the risk.

Automatic replies, automatic forwards and Out of Office to Internet
recipients are disabled in Exchange 2000 Server and in Exchange Server 2003
