Out of office assistant is off but recipient still gets message

I recently went to my user's webmail and turned on her Out of Office
Assistant with her message. When she returned she turned it off and I
verified in her Outlook and Webmail that is was off but some of her customers
are still getting her OOA message.
Windows XP Pro/Office 2003 Pro
