Out of Office Assistant is on but not working

Hi

My Out of Office Assistant is turned on via OWA but it isnt sending replies
out. I have tried these 2 MS articles.

How to use the Out of Office Assistant in Office Outlook 2003 and in Outlook
2002 (290846)

But still no good. I am connected to Exchange 2003
