Out of office assistant - mail received from domains

Can anyone offer a suggestion in the following scenario:
1) i am expecting an important e-mail from a company but don't know for sure
who will send it to me. it could come from someone i have not previously
received mail from
2) i know which domain the e-mail will come from eg "company.com.au"
3) when i activate "out of office assistant" (eg when on holiday) i would
like to forward mail from "company.com.au" to my home e-mail address
4) i don't want to forward any other mail to my home address
5) i don't want the rule to run if i have NOT activated "out of office
assistant"

Question:
Can this be done?
