Out of Office Assistant missing from toolbar

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 and is connected to an Exchange
server. We do not see the Out of Office Assistant listed under the tools
menu. I have already tried renaming the outcmd.dat file and recreated the
profile. Thanks!
