Out of Office Assistant not sending any messages

We are using Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000 clients. Only one of my users is
experiencing this issue. She is on vacation and setup her out of office
assistant. However anyone that sends her a message, internal or external.
Does not receive an out of office message.

I've tried recreating all rules on her machine.
Re-creating the local profile.
removing storage limits on her account.

I'm out of ideas.

Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it. I saw a few things online about
how to fix this on exchange 2000, but couldn't find anything on 5.5.

Please help.
