Out of Office Assistant replies to specific senders

Is there a way to prevent the Out of Office Assistant from sending the
automated "away from office" e-mail to specific senders. I do not want my
out of office reply to go to mail received from list-servs, but I can't find
a way to keep this from happening.

a) Don't use it. Use regular rules instead. The first rule(s) in the list
should apply to messages from the listservs and include 'Stop Processing
More Rules' and, after those, set up the auto-reply message using the 'Have
Server Reply'.
Pro: Won't send OOF to whoever you want to list in the first rule(s).
Con: If someone sends you five messages, they get five OOF replies.

b) Have your Exchange Admin disable Out of Office Replies to the Internet
for your server/storage group/however granular it gets for whatever version
of Exchange you're running.
Pro: Easiest for you.
Con: You need to talk to your Exchange admin to get the change made, and
they're probably easily annoyed by requests like this =)

But I don't see how to prevent a response to a specific sender. I see where
you type in the sender's address, but "do not reply" is not one of the "take
this action" choices. Sorry to be so clueless.

Ok.
1) Turn of Out of Office. You won't use it for this.
2) First rule in list:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
from (e-mail address removed)
stop processing more rules <- Since this rule is listed first, the rest
of the rules won't run against messages that match *this* rule.
3) Second rule in list:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
have server reply using a specific message

Click the 'specific message' and type the message you want to reply with.
