Out of Office Assistant - send multiple replies to the same sender

Is there a way to get the out of Office Assistant to send a reply to the same
sender more than once? If I am out of the office for a few weeks, it is
possible that the same person who emailed me at the beginning of my leave and
already received my Out of Office reply once, will have forgotten that I am
out on extended leave and they won't receive it again. I know we can't make
them remember, but can the Out of Office assistant be changed to send replies
more than once to the same sender? Any ideas or articles out there?

You could make a Rule instead. Beware though - if the recipient does the
same thing you can get a nasty loop going!!
