out of office assistant won't save

A user in my company is trying to use Out of Office Assistant. Everytime she
tries to save the message, an error message pops up stating that the rule
could not be saved. I tried elevating her permissions, resetting oulook,
uninstalling and reinstalling outlook and nothing worked. If anybody has any
ideas, please let me know.
