Out of Office Assistant

Is there a rule or a way to send the Out of Office message to every message
that comes in, instead of just the first one to each sender?

Do you really want to cheese people off?

Funny! No cheesing allowed here. We are all very hungry.....So,

We are involved in a very large project and 20 people have the Out of Office
Assistant on. There are some that don't remember and keep asking why isn't
she responding. Managers are asking why each message does not have out of
office messages. I just wondered if there was a way to do it.

So, what if someone with out of office sending to every message, sent a
message to another person with out of office sending to every message? Every
out of office would reply to every out of office and you'd have a huge mess.

If you're using Out Of Office, then you're using Exchange Server. The option
you're looking for is set on the Exchange server so find out what the
company policy is and talk to your Exchange Admin.

This happened on a mailing list to which I subscribe. A user had an
out-of-office coming back to every message received, which immediately went
back to that user, which prompted another round of out-of-office from the
list. There were literally hundreds of out-of-office messages to this one
list before they could get him unsubscribed.

Not pretty.

Loops are ugly which is why an OOF response to every email is not
recommended.

No.
