Out Of Office Assistant

I used to use the Out Of Office Assistant when we were on Outlook 2001. We
now use Entourage and there is no such feature in the application. I have
tried creating rules to auto reply to the sender that I am out of the office
but cannot quite seem to get this top function correctly. I know I can use
Outlook Web Access to set the rule but was hoping to find a solution from
within Entourage.

Your best bet is to use OWA to create the server-based OOO reply. Your only
choice with Entourage is to create a Rule, which would require Entourage to
be active and running on your computer while you are out.

I tried an older version of this and it was a bit clunky but I see it
has been updated since then. Try "Out of Office" from
<http://www.nukethemfromorbit.com/applications/OutOfOffice.html> as an
alternative to OWA.

Hope this helps! bill
