"Out of Office Assistant"

I use Outlook that came with Office 2000 and would like to
implement features of the "out of office assistant". But
I can find no mention of it on my computer.

You need to connect to an Exchange Server to have that functionality however
it can be emulated to a degree by using the Rules Wizard check out
