Out of Office Asst Outlook 2002

I have a user that is running Outlook 2002 like every other user. However
when her OOA is enabled it does not send a response at all, despite the Asst
running. She has the same setup as all our other users who do not have any
issues. I have tried re-adding the exchange elements in Add-ins in advanced
options and even tried re-installing Outlook! Any ideas anyone as it's
driving me crazy!

When testing, are you sending from an external email address or an internal
one? -- I believe Exchange can be configured to not OOA reponses to external
email.

Have you tried turning it off/on using a different computer?

Otherwise try troubleshooting the Exchange Server:

The testing I have done is between two internal users. The other users out of
office works fine. thank you for asking.
