out of office auto reply for office 2003 pro

i cannot figure out how to set the ooo auto reply on office 2003 pro... how
is this done???

I've moved on to 2007; but it's the same - Tools, Out of Office Assistant,
then click the radio button of choice and add any text or rules

And the rules in the lower box seem to be the same, and certainly logical

The Out of Office Assistant is only available if you are running against an
Exchange server.
