Out of office autoreply language setting

Hi All,

I haven't found a place where to change the language of out of office
autoreply's subject field.

I'm running Exchange 2000 and outlook 2000. We have been happy with the
finnish text, but the problem arouse when employed foreign people who need it
in their own language.

Would be most grateful if someone could help me out on this propably trivial
matter,
