Hello,
Since joining a company using Exchange 2000 (then 2003, now 2007), I'v
STOPPED using the Out of Office Assistant because, whenever I turn i
on, I come back to an inbox/junk folder REPLETE with spam (is that th
right word?). I could swear that previous versions of Exchange worke
better...
So I was thrilled, when we upgraded our Exchange (is it 2007, now?), t
see that I could isolate my OOA replies to INTERNAL users only.
So I turned it on, for a week -- and came back to an inbox/junk folde
- AGAIN - full of spam.
What could this be from? I've virus scanned my PC and Outlook.
wonder if someone in my organization could have a virus and, when the
email me and get the OOA message, the virus sends my email address t
external spammers??
My exchange administrator has other concerns -- and doesn't see
problem with this, and/or no one else reports it to him. I am a proble
solver, and want to find a fix.
Any ideas?
Thanks
