Out of Office does not appear under Tools menu

Is this a glitch in Entourage 2004? I clicked on the Exchange Mail account and went to the Tools menu where Out of Office is supposed to be but it is not there or anywhere else? How do I automatically reply to incoming messages while on vacation?

This Exchange feature was only introduced in Entourage 2008; it simply is
not available in Entourage 2004. Your only way of sending OOF messages is by
enabling the feature in Outlook Web Access (OWA); contact your tech support
if you do not know how to access OWA.
