Hello,
User called and informed me that she recieved the following error whenever
she tried turning on Out of Office Assistant: "The Command is not
available."
I've checked this discussion group and found suggestions and references to
KB article 823472; however, there were no registry subkey for Resiliency.
Then I stumbled onto another reference to enable the Out of Assistant from
the Outlook menu under HELP > ABOUT MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK>DISABLED ITEMS,
and sure enough there was a file there called outex.dll and it was disabled.
My question is what is outex.dll and does it have anything to do with Out of
Office Assistant being unavailable? I don't know or why this file was
disable, but should I enable this file?
Thanks.
