I am trying to set up a rule using the out of office
assistant to forward email to a colleague while out of the
office. We use Outlook 2000 with a server running
Exchange 5.5.
I can create an 'Out Of Office' message telling people i
am away OR I can create a standard rule forwarding mail.
But when I try to combine the two I get an error
message 'Cannot create rule - it is either too complex or
there is not enough memory'.
It is a very basic rule to forward all mail to another
users mailbox.
There are about 150 users in the building (all using same
versions of outlook on same exchange server) - some can do
this with no problem others can't.
Can anyone help?
Cheers
