It would need to be set up from the Exchange side - have your system
administrator set it up for you.

As the other posters mentioned -- the Out of Office Assistant tool is only
available if you are connected to an Exchange server. You can spoof the OOA
using the Rules Wizard, but Outlook must be kept running in order for the
rule to work. Look here for more information:

Plus, as Milly pointed out in another group, it cannot distinguish between
legitmate mail and spam - so you'd end up verifying your email address to
Goddess knows who. A better idea would be to ask your ISP to see if they
offer and autoreply service - many do.

No, the Out of Office Assistant is set up on the client by the user, not the
server.

The options for how the OoOA behaves (replies and forwards to the Internet)
are set up on the Exchange server.
