Out of Office Message in Outlook 2003

I run Outlook 2003 for POP3 mail accounts, and have an Out of Office Message
that I need to remove. Outlook now only allows OOO Message with Exchange
accounts, but this must have changed as I have never had an Exchange account.
How can I remove this message.

Could it be coming from a rule you setup on your machine or something from
your ISPs mail server?
