Hi,
Just hoping someone could confirm something to me. We've recently spotted
that if someones set their out of office, and an email gets sent by a
customer to a dist group they are in, the bounce back gets received by the
customer. this obviously isn't what we want, as there is always someone
there to get back to the customer.
I believe the fix is to set an out of office to emails 'sent directly to me'
& 'cc's to me', but then you've got to manually create an Outlook template
for the out of office.
Maybe its just my users but my experience is extra steps will lose them, and
it won't get done correctly. It just seems this is so fundemental that there
should be a way of using the normal out of office box, and the 'sent
directly to me'/'cc's to me' options.
Or am i missing something?
thanks for any replies.
