Out of office not working

Hi there,
I have one user whose out of office does not work running Office 2007 or
Exchange 07. The out of office works for all 150 other users, just not for
this one. OOO has been enabled and also tried to enable this via webmail. No
luck.
Would someone have any ideas with regards to this?
