Existing network consisted of NT4 server, with Exchange
Server 5.5, Win2K workstations running Office2K - all
running fine.
Just added some new users with XP Pro workstations and
Office 2003. New users have identical Exchange mailbox
configurations to old users. New users exhibiting the
following problems.
1. When Out of Office response set up on new workstation,
the response is ONLY sent to internal addresses, not to
external addresses. n.b. the mailbox does NOT have an
alternate recipient configured and so knowledgebase
article id 297281 does not apply).
2. (I think this is seperate and addresed in KB article
id 238280). When new user logs in on old workstation,
Outlook 2000 does not give option for setting rules of
OOF.
Any suggestions?
