Out of Office reminder

Hi,

We are using Outlook 2003, for some reason, some users when they setup to
Out of Office message, when they back and turn on outlook they don't get the
reminder to turn off out of office. All the PCs are the same in hardware and
software, so we can not find out why some users don't get this reminder.

Please help! Or any suggestion
