out of office reply doesnt work.

Outlook 2000 and exchange 2000, on the client you can enable out of office
reply and it takes it ok, no errors. however it wont work, it will not send
a reply to anyone in the office. This is true for all users except the
administrators acct and email which works fine and will send an out of office
reply. Any ideas, suggestions?
