Out of office reply for external sources only

I am looking to set an out of office reply to users when I
am away.
However I only want this reply to go to external sender of
emails not to internal senders.
Is there a rule that I can configure to send my out of
office reply to external senders only and not send the out
of office reply to internal senders.
