Out of Office reply more than one time

How can I set out of office (or a rule) so that every e-mail receives a
response every time - not just the first time?

I don't think you can - are your recipients all that brain dead?

My suggestion is don't use the Out Of Office Rule. Instead create your own
Rule that has the server reply with a message you create to all messages you
receive.

However, I would be careful with what you ask for, you may end up filling
your mailbox with thousands of repeat emails between you and a server or
someone else doing the same thing.

With an Exchange server, even that might not work. I believe a rule of that
nature will send the reply only once per Outlook session (client-side rule)
or once per day (server-side rule).
