Out-of-office reply not working

For some of my users the out-of-office reply isn't
working. They have it turned on but it won't reply with
a message. On other computers on the network it works
fine (including mine). One user's out-of-office reply
was working fine a couple of days ago and now it doesn't
work at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you want someone to help you with a problem, it helps to give the
particulars, such as the Mail Server version as well as the client versions,
what troubleshooting you have already tried and what KB articles you have
consulted.

As it stands, the answer could be anything and I don't have the time to do
your homework for you.
