out of office reply

I am trying to find out if outlook express has an out of
office reply to the sender while we are closed for the
holidays?

First, Outlook Express is not a part of Office but
Internet Explorer. Second, it does not offer an out of
office reply. You must use Outlook and Exchange server
for that option to exist.
